Horrible!!! I have or should I say had been a loyal customer for over 2 years with tanning and hair treatment and products. I was calling to ask if they would be able to have a appointment available for a hair appointment, they told me that they would be closing and we're not sure if they would have time. I didn't know how late they were open that day so I asked if they would be able to squeeze me in as a last-minute appointment. The lady wouldn't even answer my question, that would of had taken no more than two minutes. The told me to call back and I would probably be able to squeeze me in about four business days later. I'm sorry but I have been in the customer service industry for over four years and I have never treated my paying and my non-paying customers or employees that had a problem with anything in my business, the way they have and did. It's not my fault that she tends to hire people who don't know how to work, or what they are doing in a beauty parlor or beauty salon. However, I would expect more, considering we live in a SMALL TOWN AND WORD-OF-MOUTH MEANS A WHOLE LOT AROUND HERE IN FOR A SMALL BUSINESSES. Sorry to say, but I will NO longer be doing business with them. Which does hurt because some of the ladies here can treat you so sweet and also treat you with a lot of respect, but there were a few ladies there that would be really rude and and talk about customers, as soon as they walked out.They had no customer experience whatsoever. I would recommend going there if you want to hear gossip about anyone that lives in this town or surrounding towns but other than that I wouldn't go.
